AI Operations Audit: Service Terms

1. The service

The AI Operations Audit is a fixed-fee diagnostic of your business operations. Under this agreement you receive three things:

• The written report. Covers every section of your intake form. Every finding comes with a dollar figure and the arithmetic behind it. Opens with a plain-language summary you can read in five minutes. Delivered within 7 business days of your completed intake form.
• Two weeks of email Q&A. 14 calendar days, starting the day your report arrives. Reply to the email and we answer.
• A live 30-minute readout call. Included with your audit. Walk the findings together, one on one, and ask anything.

Every finding carries a number with its calculation shown, and every number is labeled with its source (what you told us, what we pulled from your systems with your permission, or a labeled estimate). The report is delivered as a PDF.

Two bonus sections sit at the back of that same PDF: Getting named when a customer asks an AI assistant, and an AI Usage Policy (starter template). The guarantees in Section 5 are about the report: the annual value it identifies and the date it arrives. They do not cover those two bonus sections, and they do not cover the readout call. If a scheduled call does not happen, on either side, it is rebooked through the same link with no penalty.

2. Fee and payment

$1,500 (or the launch price shown at purchase), paid in full up front via our payment processor. No retainers, no hourly billing, no upsell requirement: the report’s recommendations always include do-it-yourself and hire-anyone paths alongside any Iterategy option.

3. Timeline: the 7-business-day clock

Delivery within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) of confirmed intake: the business day we confirm receipt of both your payment and your completed intake form, marked by our confirmation email to you. That email is Day 0. If your intake form is incomplete, we will ask one round of clarifying questions; the clock starts when we confirm we have what we need. If you never complete the intake form, we will remind you, and if we can’t proceed we refund you in full.

4. Your part

Provide accurate information in the intake form. Our numbers are only as good as your inputs, which is why every number shows its source, and why you can correct any input during the 14-day Q&A window (14 calendar days from delivery) and we recompute at no charge.

5. The guarantees

Two guarantees apply to every audit, at full strength on discounted orders as well. The full and binding terms of both are at Guarantee Terms; this section summarizes them and that page controls.

The value guarantee. Every report identifies annual value of at least $4,500, which is 3 times the $1,500 list fee, shown with full arithmetic. If our audit cannot find that value in your business, we say so in the report and refund your full fee, and you keep the report.

The delivery guarantee. If we miss the deadline set by the 7-business-day clock in Section 3, tell us within 14 days of the deadline passing: reply to any email we’ve sent you, or use the contact form, and we refund the full fee to your original payment method within 5 business days. No questions and no forms. We still finish your report and deliver it, and it is yours to keep.

A factual error. Flag any factual error in the report during your 14-day Q&A window (Section 4) and we deliver a corrected report within 2 business days, at no charge. A correction costs you nothing and does not consume the refund window above.

A refund under either guarantee voids the fee credit (Section 6) and closes the engagement. Nothing else triggers a refund. In particular neither guarantee covers the readout call or the two documents named in Section 1: a scheduled call that does not happen, on either side, is remedied by rebooking through the same link, and never by a refund.

6. Fee credit

Your audit fee credits toward any Iterategy implementation engagement started within 90 days of delivery. Taking the credit closes the refund window; a refund voids the credit.

7. Confidentiality and data handling

• What we do with your information: your intake form responses, any documents you share, and any data pulled through access you grant are used solely to produce your audit. We never reference you, your business, or your data in marketing, samples, or any public material without your written permission. For launch seats, the Named Review section below is that permission, and it is the only exception.
• AI processing disclosure: we produce audits using AI systems, including third-party AI providers, operating under our supervision and quality gates. Your information is processed by those systems for the sole purpose of your audit.
• Access: any system access you grant is read-only and used only for your audit. We revoke it on delivery, and you can revoke it yourself, sooner, at any time.
• Retention and deletion: the documents you share and the access grants you provide are permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery, with written confirmation. We retain the delivered report, your intake form responses, and our working calculations for our records and your Q&A window.
• What NOT to send us: do not upload protected health information, attorney-client privileged files, payment card numbers, government IDs, or third-party personal data beyond ordinary business contact information. Redact first. The audit does not need it, and our intake instructions say so. If regulated data reaches us anyway: on discovery we stop processing it, securely delete it from every location it touched on our side, notify you in writing, and, if the engagement cannot proceed without it, pause the engagement until it is re-scoped or refund you in full.

8. Named Review (Launch Seats)

• This section applies only to purchases made under the launch-seat offer ($997 for the first 5 seats).
• By purchasing a launch seat, you grant Iterategy permission to publish one review of the engagement, attributed to you by name, company, and role.
• You approve the final review text before publication; we will not publish text you have not approved.
• If your audit fee is refunded under either guarantee (Section 5), this permission terminates and any published named review is removed within 10 business days.
• This section is the sole exception to the confidentiality commitments above.

9. What the audit is, and isn’t

The audit is operational analysis and recommendations. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; consult the relevant professional before acting on anything that touches those areas. Projected savings are estimates built on stated assumptions (labeled, conservative, and correctable), not promises of results. The guarantees in Section 5 cover the annual value your report identifies, the date it arrives, and the correction of factual errors in it, on the terms set out at Guarantee Terms; they are not a remedy for your assessment of the analysis, and no wider remedy is implied by them anywhere in this agreement.

10. Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITERATEGY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE AUDIT IS LIMITED TO THE FEE YOU PAID. Where the law grants you rights that cannot be waived or limited, nothing in this agreement limits them.

11. General

California law governs. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus your order confirmation are the whole agreement for your audit.
