For owner-run businesses: practices, agencies, shops, and firms

Your week disappears into scheduling, quoting, and chasing invoices. We’ll show you exactly what AI can take off your plate.

If we don’t find at least $4,500 a year hiding in your business, the audit is free.

If you own and run the place, and your days run on the appointment book, the quotes that need chasing, the invoices that get typed twice, and the customers who should have come back by now, that’s where the hours leak. We go through those jobs at a fixed price and hand you a plan: what each fix costs, what it saves, and the order to do them in. No retainers. No discovery calls. Priced up front.

How the audit works

Proof you can check yourself

Don’t trust us. Check us.

Here’s everything you’d need to check the work yourself, without talking to anyone.

Read a complete audit before you buy one.

Not tidied-up excerpts. Three whole audits, for three made-up businesses in three different trades. The findings in payback order, the options we turned down, the arithmetic on what it all adds up to, the appendix of assumptions you can argue with. Read the sample audits →

Every number shows its arithmetic.

Every finding carries a figure: hours, dollars, or a count. Every figure shows where it came from. Not “$16,320 a year lost to paperwork,” but: 120 tickets a week, six minutes each to retype, at $34 an hour, fifty weeks a year. That’s $20,400, and we only count 80% of it as recoverable, because nothing goes to zero. You can argue with any part of that. You can’t be handed a number with nothing behind it.

If we don’t find at least $4,500 a year hiding in your business, the audit is free.

Every finding comes with a dollar figure and the arithmetic behind it. Delivered within 7 business days, or it’s also free. Two guarantees. Both are measured, not judged: a dollar figure in your own report with the arithmetic shown, and a delivery date. Full refund within 5 business days either way, and you keep the report. On a late report, tell us within 14 days. Both sets of terms in full →

How the audit works

No sales call. No proposal. No pressure.

Four steps, and you control the first one.

  1. Read a sample first. That’s the intended order. We’d rather you decided from a complete audit than from a web page. Read it here.
  2. Pay the fixed price.$1,500 up front. No discovery call, no proposal, and nobody has to sell you anything.
  3. Answer the questions: about 20–30 minutes. How the business actually runs: the tools, the flows, the parts everyone hates. Save it and come back. Nothing starts until it’s in, and the 7 days start then, not at payment.
  4. Get your map in 7 business days. Everything we found, ranked by what pays back fastest, with a costed first 30 days you can start on the Monday. Then two weeks of email questions, starting the day it lands.

What lands in your inbox

What $1,500 actually buys

Not a strategy deck. A working document with your business in it.

  • A 15 to 25 page report in seven sections, plus two bonus sections. It opens in plain language, so you have the whole picture in five minutes without anyone talking you through it. Then: what we looked at and the command behind every count; everything we found, ranked by return per hour of your effort; the options we considered and turned down, and why; what the findings add up to, and the standard we hold our own work to; a costed first 30 days you can start Monday; and an appendix of every assumption, so you can disagree with one and rescale the rest.
  • Two weeks of email Q&A, starting the day the report lands. Reply to the email and we answer.
  • A live 30-minute readout call.Included with your audit. Walk the findings together, one on one, and ask anything.
  • Plus two bonus sections, at the back of the same report. Getting named when a customer asks an AI assistant, and an AI Usage Policy (starter template) you can hand round on day one.

Questions

Is this just AI output?
Partly, and deliberately. AI does the reading, the arithmetic and the first draft. A person checks every number and signs off before anything reaches you. That’s the product, not a shortcut.
Will this work for my kind of business?
There are three samples, and they are deliberately not the same kind of business: a six-person branding agency, a plumbing and drain company, and a two-person bookkeeping firm. What matters isn’t your trade or your size. It’s whether your week goes into booking people in, writing quotes, chasing them, and getting paid. If it does, the audit finds the same kinds of things, and you can check that against whichever of the three looks least like you. Read the samples and see →
What if you find nothing?
Then the report says so, plainly, and shows the arithmetic that got us there. We’d rather write that than pad a roadmap with automation that doesn’t pay for itself: the rejected-options section exists because saying “don’t build this” is most of the value. And you do not pay for it: if we cannot find at least $4,500 a year, we say so in the report and refund your full fee, and you keep the report.
What happens to my data?
Shared documents and access grants are deleted 30 days after delivery. You can revoke sooner, any time. How we handle your data →
How much of my time does this take?
About 20–30 minutes on the intake form, and you can save it and come back. After that nothing is needed from you until your report arrives, unless we email with a question, and then half an hour on the readout call whenever it suits you.
