Two guarantees, and the terms of both are below in full. To claim either, reply to any email we’ve sent you or use the contact form. You keep the report either way.
The value guarantee
Every report identifies annual value of at least $4,500, three times the audit’s list fee, shown with full arithmetic. Find means value identified in your report: your time counted at your stated rate, recovered revenue, and eliminated spending. If our audit cannot find that value in your business, we say so in the report and refund your full fee, and you keep the report.
The delivery guarantee
If we miss the 7-business-day deadline, tell us within 14 days of the deadline passing and we refund the full fee to your original payment method within 5 business days. We still finish your report and deliver it, and it’s yours to keep.
Errors
If you find a factual error in your report, flag it during your two-week Q&A window and we deliver a corrected report within 2 business days at no charge.
The readout call
Not covered by the refund guarantee. If a scheduled call doesn’t happen, on either side, rebook through the same link, no penalty.
When the clock starts
Your delivery clock and our guarantees begin when your completed intake form arrives. If answers are missing, we’ll ask for them, and the clock starts once we have them.
Our right to decline
We may decline any order before work begins, with a full refund.
How to claim a refund
- Reply to any email we’ve sent you, or use the contact form, noting “Audit refund request”. For a late report, that is within 14 days of the deadline passing. Where the report itself says we could not find the value, we start the refund ourselves and you do not have to ask.
- No explanation required. We may send a one-question survey to help us improve. Answering it is optional and does not affect your refund.
- We send the full fee back to the card or account you paid with, within 5 business days. It’s all or nothing. We don’t do part-refunds, because you shouldn’t have to negotiate.
You keep the report regardless.
What the guarantees do not cover
- How you rate the analysis. The value guarantee is measured on the value identified in your report, with the arithmetic shown, not on your assessment of it. If a number is wrong, flag it during your question window and we correct it free.
- Implementation outcomes. The guarantees cover the value your report identifies and the date it arrives, not the results of any automation you build from it. Any project we build for you afterward has its own separate agreement.
- Late requests on a late report. The 14-day window on the delivery guarantee is firm. If you need more time, note that in your email before the window closes and we’ll consider it.
- Launch-offer seats. Refunds for $997 launch seats are issued at the launch price paid: $997. Every guarantee applies at full strength, including the full $4,500 value bar.
Fee credit toward implementation
Your audit fee credits toward any Iterategy implementation engagement started within 90 days of delivery. Taking the credit closes the refund window; a refund voids the credit.
The credit is your full audit fee: $1,500, or $997 for launch seats. It is one or the other: the credit and the refund cannot both apply.
