Privacy & data handling

Plainly stated: what we collect, why, how we protect it, and how to make us delete it. If anything here is unclear, reach us through the contact form and we’ll answer.
What we collect
- Audit intake information you submit through our intake form (hosted by Tally): details about your business, tools, workflows, and, only if you choose to share them, sample documents.
- Purchase information processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details; those are handled by Stripe.
- Email address and message, if you write to us or send us the contact form. Our inbox is operated by AgentMail.
- Anonymous usage analytics: aggregate page views and traffic sources, via Google Analytics 4. We enable IP anonymization and do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your audit, and to answer your questions during the Q&A window.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we don’t share it except with the service providers named here, strictly to deliver what you asked for.
Audit data: our deletion promise
The information and documents you share for an audit are used only to produce your audit. On request, or by default within 30 days of delivery, we permanently delete the source documents and access grants you provided, and we confirm that deletion to you in writing.
What that promise covers, precisely: the documents you shared with us, and any system access you granted. It does not cover your intake form responses. Those are the audit’s working record. We keep them alongside the delivered report and our calculations so your report stays explainable and correctable after delivery, as set out in the audit service terms.
If you gave us temporary read-only access to any system: we revoke it on delivery, and you can revoke it yourself, sooner, at any time. We’ll have already exported only what the audit required.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare: hosting.
- Tally: the intake form and the contact form.
- Stripe: audit payments.
- AgentMail: the email inbox we receive and reply from.
- Google Analytics 4: aggregate, IP-anonymized usage analytics.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Reach us through the contact form and we’ll action it promptly.
- Opt out of analytics with any standard browser do-not-track or ad/analytics blocker; the site works fully without it.
Data security
We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed, store it with reputable providers, and limit access to the people and agents that need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your operational details as confidential, permanently.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Questions? Use the contact form.
